People! How i miss looking at your pretty faces!:D Lol, i'm lame:/ Manz, who gives a damn, i am HAPPY! yes, so basically, we went for our SEF Oratory competition (the reason why Enzo, Koh Huey and I were slacking in the lab) held at Hwa Chong college and we got...GOLD! Yeha, so now i shall tell you the whole process since we met up at school. Yesterday, we were still slacking. The day before we were also slacking. The week before we bo chap. Two weeks before, we obsessed with computer games. We received a lecture from Miss Ang for fooling around in the computer lab, and revealed an ugly sight when we took turns to chase each other with a pathetic broom around the lab, throwing ear muffins at each other, and "skating" on a chair's back rester that had come off. The lab technitions were shaking their heads when time after time, we were immersed with our blogskinning and Enzo's rubick's cube. We all did not give a hoot about this competiton-the evidence? We came back on the june holidays from 8-12, and all we did was to practice about 3 times. Lol, so Mr Tan practically had to sneak out from meetings to spy on us! Ok, still he was confident about winning Gold and we were like" give up that impossible thought of yours." So talking about today... we met at school at 7.15 and mr tan was late again by 10 minutes. The small van later came and we (KohHuey, Enzo,me,Jerald,Claudia,Grace,Michelle) hopped on the van after bating goodbye to miss ang. We reached Hwa Chong after having a blunder made by the driver as they had so many gates. They took our attendence aso and we were given a dumb plain mug which was like so heavy! After briefing and blablabla, we went into our respective classrooms to begin our talk. The first school was Princess Elizabeth i think, and their topic was about keeping a green fish tank which they claimed the advantages was low energy consumption. Later when it was the question and answer session, they were questioned what disadvantages it may have and they said that it would consume more energy then a typical fish tank!:D Lol, i wanted to laugh like shit, aren't they contradicting themselves? Ok, and i noticed that the other groups read from their scripts, the powerpoint slides or computer!-.- and their slides are like so dull and mundane. Too bad we did not get to see rafflesgirlsprimary perform because they got sliver!:D yay! After our presentation, the judges were even interested in where our school was situated. Lololol, high chance. The, it was our lunch! We had pretty good lunch buffet and mr tan was like gorging on the food like a greedy pig ('..') We watched happy feet after that to kill time and then it was the annocement of results! They announced the chinese then the english. At first, they were like "the gold goes to team 4..." we were defintiely not team 4 so our hopes were dashed. "We have another gold! THat is team2..." i saw Koh Huey mouthing the words Casuarina and true enough, it was us! We also are $100 dollars richer right now. The prize is $300. Jerald also got gold!;D Yeah and so he was bragging all the way, but retribution came when he lost his handphone! Hahaha, and his classmates were wishing he never found it. It was not on the bus and not in the staffroom. Oh shyt, yeah, i still have my chinese homework, the newspaper thign to do, so bye!:D
